We designed and delivered a Customer Service Training Program together with Elaine. This was a Companywide initiative aimed at skilling up our people to provide better outcomes for customers.
Elaine brings experience, energy and plenty of interesting activities into the training. It was very interactive. No death by PowerPoint, but heaps of fun with simple but useful information being taught.
Clear, easy to understand training. It was so lovely that Elaine spent extra time assisting the whole class with our resumes, this was not part of her role in this work but she went out of her way to help us – for this I am grateful. Love her casual approach, enthusiasm and humour – for mundane subjects Elaine’s humour goes a long way. Always helpful with any questions you have and are able to ask at any time. I am very happy with the results and am much more confident in obtaining work.

I have skills gained from previous jobs I never knew about, my resume is now clear and I feel more comfortable placing it into a business and have confidence my new resume will land me a job. Everything was a laugh, even on bad days Elaine somehow made the day fun/enjoyable. Everything was inspiring, even the most boring courses, loved all the stories!
Straightforward and honest training for my resume. Inspiring with her attitude. Helping with my resume, I have since had a phone call about a position I applied for. I liked her honesty and inspirational words and comments. Casual and comfortable being in her class, I would train with Elaine anytime.
By Elaine helping re-do my resume, I gained employment within the next day. My now employer said my resume was at a really high standard and it factored in majority as to why I was hired. I loved how approachable Elaine is, she always helps to the best of her ability. I can understand everything she is saying. She lets you know areas your resume needs improvement and coaches fantastically on ways to help gain employment.
I learnt how to do a resume. I gained a Certificate III in Business and with this a lot of skills and experience. Elaine’s training style is outgoing, motivating- this was good because it made the class interesting.
